ORDER : This contempt petition has been filed for punishing the respondent herein for wilfully disobeying the orders of this Court dated 19.12.2015 made in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.24220 of 2015. 2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that pursuant to the order passed by this Court dated 19.12.2015, a case in Crime No.605 of 2016 for offences under Sections 294(b), 406, 420 and 506(ii) IPC has been registered on 27.02.2016. 3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the view that nothing survives for further adjudication in this Contempt Petition. Hence, the Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
