ORDER : This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in case in Crime No.28 of 2011 on the file of the District Crime Branch, Thanjavur District as investigated by the 2nd respondent to any other competent Investigating Officer. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State. 3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the investigation in Crime No.28 of 2011 has been completed and a final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Thanjavur on 11.05.2015 and the same has not yet been taken on file. 4. Learned Magistrate is directed to look into this aspect and expeditiously take action in accordance with law on the final report filed by the respondent police. With the above direction, this petition is closed.
