Order 1. This is an application for amendment in the writ petition challenging the reservation in the Super Specialty courses. 2. Heard Me. B.H. Marlappalle, learned senior counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Rakesh Dwivedi, learned senior counsel for the state of Tamil Nadu. 3. Regard being had to the nature of the amendment, the prayer stands allowed. Be it stated, in pursuance of the amended prayer, a composite writ petition has already been filed. The same is taken on record. 4. I.A. No. 6 of 2016 stands disposed of. Writ Petition No. 444 of 2015 5. In pursuance of our order dated 1st July, 2016, the candidates from all the states were permitted to appear in the examination held for super specialty courses for the academic session 2016-2017. it is submitted at the Bar that 28 candidates from other States have become successful. Pending further adjudication, we direct the State of Tamil Nadu to give admission to the said 28 candidates along with others. 6. Mr. Gaurav Sharma, learned counsel appearing for the Medical Council of India prays for three weeks time to file additional affidavit to clarify certain aspects. He is allowed the file the affidavit. 7. Let the matter be listed in the first week of September, 2016.
