This appeal is directed against the order dated 5.10.2016 passed by the learned Single Judge of this High Court whereby he has disposed of appellant's WP(C) No. 5994/2016. 3. Admittedly, the order under challenge was passed with the consent of the counsel for appellants. 4. In view of the aforesaid, the present appeal is not maintainable and is accordingly dismissed.
