ORDER : This petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent to transfer the investigation in respect of Crime No.171 of 2015 from the file of B1 Town Police Station, Ramanathapuram to CBCID Wing at Ramanathapuram District. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the State. 3. Taking into consideration the nature of allegations in the FIR and the fact that the case is of the year 2015, this is not a fit case to transfer the investigation to CBCID prematurely. However, the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Ramnad Sub-Division is directed to monitor the investigation in Crime No.171 of 2015 and the respondent police shall expedite the investigation and expeditiously file a final report. 4. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
