ORDER : This writ petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the Respondents 1 to 4 to take action against the accused on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 25.12.2015 and consequently direct the respondents to give adequate police protection to the selection committee meeting to be convened for the process of selecting "Periyapoosari" in "SRI KADASARI NALLA KURUMBAN SAMY" Temple Iyanarkulam Village Usilampatti Madurai District. 2. The direction as prayed for by the petitioner cannot be granted, as these are all disputed question of facts, which cannot be decided in writ proceedings and the same can be decided only by the Civil Court in Civil proceedings. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
