ORDER : This writ petition is filed seeking for a Mandamus directing the second respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation dated 30.11.2015 given by the petitioner seeking permission to conduct Maha Kumbabishekam festival of the Arulmigu Muthalamman Temple on 24.01.2016, Annathanam on 25.01.2016 in T.S.No.118 Pudupalayam village, ward No.G. Block No.18 of Rajapalayam Taluk, Virudhunagar District. 2. When the matter was taken up for admission on 08.12.2015, Mr. M. Murugan, learned Government Advocate took time to get instruction and accordingly, this matter is listed today again for hearing. 3. When the matter is taken up today for hearing, the learned Government Advocate, based on 3rd the instructions received from the respondent/Tahsildar, submitted that the respondents are not having any objection for the petitioner to conduct Maha Kumbabishekam festival of the Arulmigu Muthalamman Temple on 24.01.2016 Annathanam on 25.01.2016 in T.S.No.118 Pudupalayam village, ward No.G. Block No.18 of Rajapalayam Taluk, Virudhunagar District. 4. Mr. A. Sivaji, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the submission made by the learned Government Advocate may be recorded and the writ petition may be closed. 5. By recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate and in view of the above submission, no further order is necessary in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
