ORDER : This writ petition is filed seeking for a Mandamus forbearing the respondents 2 and 3 from taking coercive action/taking over of possession of the petitioner wakf pursuant to the order made by the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.14319/09/A3 VIRO dated 03.03.2015 pending disposal of the revision application under Section 65 of the Wakf Act, 1995 on the file of the 1st respondent. 2. Today, when the matter is taken up for further hearing, it is represented that the first respondent has already disposed of the revision by passing G.O(D)No.60, Backward Classes, Most Backward Classes and Minorities Welfare (T2) Department, dated 22.12.2015. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents has also produced a copy of the said G.O. 3. Considering the fact that the very writ petition is filed seeking for certain relief pending disposal of the revision and considering the fact that the revision itself has been disposed of on 22.12.2015, nothing survives to be adjudicated further in this writ petition. Accordingly, the same is dismissed as infructuous. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to workout their remedy as against the order passed by the first respondent in a manner known to law. Consequently, the interim order already granted is vacated and connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed. No costs.
