JUDGMENT Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Standing Counsel for State-respondents and Sri Kamlesh Kumar Jaiswal, Advocate holding brief of Sri Shivam Yadav, learned counsel for the contesting respondent no.4 (New Okhla Industrial Development Authority). 2. The relief which has been claimed in this petition is as follows: - “i) Issue a writ order or direction in the Nature of Mandamus commanding the respondents to pay additional compensation and 10% developed Land to the petitioners in terms of Full Bench Judgment and order of this Hon’ble Court dated 21.10.2011.” 3. As it appears from the aforesaid prayer, the enhanced compensation which the petitioners are claiming is based on the decision of a Full Bench decision of this Court in Gajraj & Ors. Vs. State of U.P. & Ors. reported in 2011(11) ADJ-1. 4. It is for the petitioners to approach the authority concerned in accordance with the directions contained in the aforesaid judgment. In case, such a representation is filed, the same shall be considered and decided strictly in accordance with law expeditiously. 5. Leaving it open to the petitioners to do so, we disposed of the petition.
