ORDER : This petition has been filed to provide the effective police protection to the petitioner's company to erect the cell phone tower and to install all the telecommunication electrical and electronics equipments and its maintenance on the said BTS transmission tower at bearing survey no. 145/1 melasridevimangalam village in Acre 2.79 Cents of Land belongs to Mr. Shanmugham S/o. Arumugham. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State and perused the materials placed on record. 3. In similar cases, namely, Crl.O.P.Nos.25757 of 2014 and 12596 to 12619 of 2014, this Court has granted similar reliefs to the petitioner therein in respect of other places. 4. Following the earlier orders, this Court directs the respondent police to enquire and give adequate police protection to the petitioner for erecting transmission tower at S.No.145/1, Melasridevimangalam Village, at the cost of the petitioner for a period of eight weeks. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
