ORDER : This petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent herein to provide adequate protection to the petitioner and her mother through the 2nd respondent herein based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 22.02.2016. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has not given correct names of the private respondents in her petition. Therefore, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. 3. Permission is granted. This Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition giving correct particulars of the respondents.
