JUDGMENT : Vasanti A. Naik, J. When these petitioners were heard at the stage of admission, we had issued Rule and granted interim relief as we had admitted another writ petition bearing Writ Petition No.2350/2005 and had granted interim relief in the said writ petition. 2. Writ Petition No.2350/2005 is disposed by this Court by an order dated 03.05.2016. It is held in the said order that the interim relief granted in the said writ petition was in the nature of final relief and, therefore, rule was made absolute in terms of the interim order. A similar order needs to be passed in this writ petition on parity. 3. Hence, we allow the writ petitions. Rule is made absolute in terms of the interim orders passed on 21.02.2006. No order as to costs.
