JUDGMENT : Ajit Singh, J. 1. Heard on I.A. (Crl.) No. 484/2016, which is an application for bail and suspension of sentence on behalf of applicant—Pradip Bharali. 2. The applicant has been convicted under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and sentenced to imprisonment for life for committing the murder of his younger brother Arup Bharali. 3. There is no eye witness to the incident and the entire case of prosecution is based on circumstantial evidence. 4. Having regard to the evidence available on record, we deem it proper to grant bail to the applicant. We accordingly direct that if he furnishes two solvent sureties in the sum of Rs.20,000/- and executes a personal bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Sessions Judge, the execution of sentence passed against him shall remain suspended and he shall be released on bail. 5. The application is allowed.
