JUDGMENT : AMOL RATTAN SINGH, J. 1. As per the report of the Registry, after notice was ordered to be issued on 7.2.2017, the petitioners did not even file the process fee and hence, notice could not been issued. 2. By this petition, the petitioners are seeking protection of their lives and liberty at the hands of respondents no.4 to 7, who are stated to be parents and other relatives of petitioner no.1. 3. The petitioners not even having filed process fee, they obviously either no longer require any protection, or the petition contains averments which are possibly incorrect. 4. In view of the above, this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondents no.2 and 3 to otherwise ensure that the lives and liberty of the petitioners continue to be protected within the four corners of law. 5. However, in the aforesaid circumstances, it is made clear that this order will not be construed to be a bar on any proceedings initiated by a competent person, if any of the averments made in the petition are found to be false.
