We have heard learned counsels for the parties. 3. Taking into account the totality of the facts of the case, we are of the view that the accused-appellant should be released on bail in the event of his arrest in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No.859 of 2014 dated 14th November, 2014 subject to such conditions as may be considered appropriate by the arresting officer. We order accordingly. 4. The order of the High Court is set aside and the appeal is allowed in the above terms.
