JUDGMENT Anil Kumar Choudhary, J. Apprehending their arrest, the four petitioners have moved this Court for grant of privilege of anticipatory bail in connection with C. Case-cum-Protest Petition No. 1102 of 2015 registered under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 504 & 120 of the Indian Penal Code. 2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as learned Addl. PP for the State. 3. Let notice be issued to OP No. 2. The petitioners are directed to file requisites of notice through both process i.e. under registered cover with A/D as well as through ordinary process within a week, failing which, this bail application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Bench. 4. Let this case be listed on 02.08.2017. 5. Considering the submissions of the counsels and the fact as discussed above, I am inclined to pass an interim order of anticipatory bail to the four petitioners provisionally till 02.08.2017. In case of the petitioners being arrested by the police on or before 02.08.2017, they shall be released on bail provisionally on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the officer concerned in connection with C.Case-cum-Protest Petition No. 1102 of 2015 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438 (2) Cr. P.C., 1973
