JUDGMENT : To question correctness of the judgment dated 04.10.2016 passed by learned Single Bench in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.1868/1998, this appeal is preferred. 2. Learned Single Bench while dismissing the writ petition inter alia arrived at the conclusion that the land in question being already transferred to Mr. Gulab Singh, the subsequent transfer by Mrs. Dharam Kaur in favour of Jodha and Pancha does not create any new right in their favour in light of the principles of lis pendent and the plaintiffs were not required to challenge the legality of the order. We do not find any wrong with this finding as it is admitted position that the present appellants are subsequent purchasers. 3. So far as other findings are concerned, those are not required to be interfered being concurrent findings of at least four courts below. 4. In view of it, the appeal is having no merit. Hence, dismissed.
