ORDER 1. Leave granted. 2. Heard learned counsels for the parties and perused the relevant material. 3. The findings of the High Court and the directions for enquiry against the appellant in the contempt petition is without any notice to the appellant. On this short ground, we set aside the order of the High Court and direct that in the event the Government proposes to hold any enquiry the appellant will be duly informed of the same. The proceedings of such enquiry, if any, will not be influenced by any of the views recorded by the High Court in the impugned order which in any case has been set aside by us. 4. The appeal is disposed of in the above terms.
