ORDER : 1. Leave granted. 2. We have heard the learned counsels for the parties. 3. The accused has been in custody since 8th February, 2016. Though the trial has commenced, considering the number of witnesses that are to be examined the conclusion of the same will take some time. The charges against the accused appellant are under Section 379, 420, 429 and 120B IPC and Section 9, 51, 44, 48 and 48A of the Wild Life Protection Act, 1972. 4. Taking into account the totality of the facts, as stated above, we are of the view that the accused appellant should be released on bail. We order accordingly. The appellant is directed to be released on bail to the satisfaction of the learned trial Court in connection with FIR No.32 of 2016 dated 8th February, 2016 registered at P.S. G.R.P. Jaipur, Rajasthan. 5. The learned trial Court is free to impose appropriate condition(s) as he deems fit. 6. Consequently, the order of the High Court is set aside and the present appeal is disposed of in the above terms.
