ORDER : Arun Bhansali, J. This appeal has been filed by the appellants aggrieved against judgment and award dated 20th May, 2008, whereby the Tribunal has awarded a sum of Rs.3,50,000/- as compensation, however, the interest on the amount of compensation was refused. 2. The application for compensation was filed by the claimants for death of one Smt. Jaturi @ Jetki by her three minor children i.e. appellants No. 1 to 3 along with natural guardian grandmother - Smt. Pemmi Devi. 3. During the pendency of the present appeal, on 22nd July, 2016, it was noticed that the possibilities were being explored to settle the matter amicably. It is submitted by learned counsel for the parties that the parties have settled the dispute amicably and have agreed that the amount of compensation awarded by the Tribunal be enhanced by way of further lump sum compensation of Rs.1,00,000/- in full and final settlement of the claim filed by the appellants for death of Smt. Jaturi @ Jetki. 4. In view of the submissions made, the appeal filed by the appellants is disposed of. 5. The respondent No.1 - Insurance Company is directed to make payment of further lump sum compensation Rs.1,00,000/- to the appellants. 6. The amount shall be paid to appellants No. 1 to 3 only, who were at the relevant time minor children of deceased - Smt. Jeturi @ Jetki. The appellant No. 4 was impleaded as party on account of the fact that the grandmother - Smt. Pemmi Davi had died during the pendency of the claim petition as guardian only. 7. The amount of compensation be deposited with the Tribunal within a period of one month. On deposit, the same be disbursed to the claimants equally i.e. ?rd each as directed hereinbefore.
