JUDGMENT Pradeep Nandrajog, CJ. Learned counsel for the parties jointly state that when the impugned orders were passed decision of the Full Bench of this Court dated July 15, 2015 had yet to be pronounced in a batch of Civil Special Appeals, lead matter being D.B. Civil Special Appeal No.185/2001 Tara & Ors. vs. State of Rajasthan & Anr. 2. Learned counsel jointly pray that the matter may be remanded to the Additional Collector/Collector, Hanumangarh for adjudication afresh keeping in view the judgment of the Full Bench and the relevant facts existing when the Rajasthan Tenancy Act, 1955 was promulgated. We dispose of the Civil Special Appeal declaring orders passed by the review authorities as also the learned Single Judge as void, requiring fresh adjudication by the Additional Collector/Collector, Hanumangarh in view of the consent given by learned counsel for the parties. 3. No costs.
