It is submitted by Mr. Dushyant Dave, learned senior counsel for the petitioners that the order passed by the Central Government on 31st May, 2017, is not a reasoned one. This Court in IQ City Foundation and Another vs. Union of India and Others [Writ Petition (Civil) No.502 of 2017] has held that the Central Government is under obligation to give reasons. 3. In view of the aforesaid, we direct the Central Government to hear the petitioners and take assistance of the newly constituted Committee as per the order dated 18th July, 2017, passed by the Constitution Bench in Amma Chandravati Educational and Charitable Trust and Others vs. Union of India and Another [Writ Petition (Civil) No.408 of 2017] and pass a reasoned order within ten days hence. 4. In view of the aforesaid, it is directed that the directions issued in the aforesaid decision would apply on all fours to the case at hand. Accordingly, the directions be carried out. 10.
