ORDER : 1. These applications (4400/2017) (17088/2017) have been filed by Mr. Jitendra Singh. Rs. 36 lacs is said to be outstanding against him. Even after six years, the so called public servant has audacity to challenge the proceedings which may cause loss to the Government @ 6%. 2. The applications are frivolous. He has earlier approached Delhi High Court where he failed to secure any order of stay. 3. In that view of the matter, these applications are moved only to held up the proceedings pending before the court. Therefore, these applications deserve to be dismissed. 4. Another application (16669/2017) is moved under Right to Information Act which has nothing to do with the Public Interest Litigation. 5. Hence all the applications are dismissed with the cost of Rs.10,000/- each. 6. The other application (16884/2017) of the State Government for taking documents on record is allowed. 7. It is made clear that the two persons Mr. Jitendra Singh and Mr. Mahesh Joshi, unless they pay their dues, they will not be allowed to avail the facility of Government Guest House.
