ORDER : This petition was filed on 12.02.2014 for issue of a mandamus as against respondent No.2 to forward to respondent No.1, the record of Schools run by the petitioner – Trust, for the purpose of considering renewal of permission and extension of Grant-in-Aid keeping in view the directions in the orders as at Annexures – A and B. 2. Learned AGA submitted that in view of order passed on 16.04.2013 in W.P. No.34172/2010, there being compliance, the petition does not survive for consideration. 3. Perused copies of the correspondence between the Office bearers of the petitioner and the authorities of the Department of Public Instructions. There is series of correspondence between the petitioner and the authorities, after order dated 16.04.2013 was passed, allowing W.P. No.34172/2010. Learned Government Advocate submitted that respondent No.2 has forwarded the record to respondent No.1. In view of the submission made by the learned AGA and copies of the correspondence placed on record of the writ petition, the case is disposed of reserving liberty to the petitioner to approach respondent No.1 in the matter of considering renewal of permission and the Grant-in-Aid to the petitioner’s institutions. Ordered accordingly. I.A.1/2014 does not survive for consideration.
