ORDER 1. As per office report date 14.9.2017, notice on respondent was sent by registered post AD on 28.7.2017 vide office dispatch No.14811. As per office report, in terms of the High Court of M.P. Rules, 2008, notices are served. 2. Nobody is appearing for the respondent to oppose the prayer for transfer of the pending Case No.562-A/2014/HMA pending before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Gwalior to Family Court Morena. Petitioner's contention is that she has already filed a case under section 498A IPC and another case under the provisions of Domestic Violence Act and third case under the provisions of section 125 CPC and they are pending at Morena and she is also having daughter aged four years and she cannot be left at Morena in safe custody, therefore, such transfer is sought. 3. As nobody is appearing for the respondent, this application under section 24 of CPC is allowed and the Case No.562A/2014 HMA (Vikram Singh Yadav v. Smt. Mahima Rajpoot) is hereby transferred from the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Gwalior to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court Morena. 4. Accordingly, petition is disposed of. R.P.
