ORDER : K.M THAKER, J. 1. Learned advocate for the petitioner-Union and learned advocate for the Respondent have jointly clarified and declared that this group of petitions is similar and identical to main petition i.e Special Civil Application no. 8005 of 2013. 2. They also clarified that actually this group of petitions is formal one page petitions filed by the petitioner-Union for similar relief as prayed for in Special Civil Application no. 8005 of 2013 in respect of separate application/appeals pending before the Industrial Court. 3. It is also clarified by the Applicant-Union and Respondent that since the separate applications came to be filed before the learned Labour Court/Industrial Court, so as to complete formality separate petitions with reference to each application came to be filed, however in this group of petitions, the Petitioner-Union has borrowed the contention and the factual backdrop narrated in main petition i.e Special Civil Application no. 8005 of 2013. 4. It is also clarified and declared that the relief prayed for in this group of applications is similar and identical to relief prayed for in main petition i.e Special Civil Application no. 8005 of 2013 and contentions in this group of petitions are identical to the contentions raised in Special Civil Application no. 8005 of 2013 and that therefore this group of petitions may be considered as heard and decided along with Special Civil Application no. 8005 of 2013 and order passed in main petition i.e Special Civil Application no. 8005 of 2013. 5. Therefore, so far as this group of petitions are concerned, following order is passed. (a) This group of petitions i.e Special Civil Application nos. 15474 of 2013 to 15500 of 2013 stand decided and disposed of in light of order of even date i.e order dated 04.07.2017 passed in Special Civil Application no. 8005 of 2013. (b) The said order shall be applicable mutatis mutandis in respect of this group of petitions. They would be governed by same order. 6. With the aforesaid clarifications/directions this group of petitions is disposed of.
