ORDER : Prakash Gupta, J. This misc. application has been filed seeking correction of the typographical errors in the order dated 30.3.2017. 2. It is submitted by Shri Aditya Mathur, learned counsel for the applicant that during pendency of the appeal before the lower appellate court, applicant Asha Devi on 30.9.2009 had purchased the tenanted premises from the plaintiff Ashok Kumar. Therefore, in condition No.1 in place of `respondent No.1 Ashok Kumar' the name of `respondent No.2 Asha Devi' may kindly be mentioned. 3. It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that due inadvertent typographical error in the penultimate paragraph in place of `Civil Judge (Jr. Div.) and Judicial Magistrate (North), Ajmer, it has been mentioned as Civil Judge (JD), Kotputli, District Ajmer which is incorrect. Therefore, the same is required to be corrected. 4. For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed and the corrected part of the order dated 30.3.2017 may now be read as under:- 1. The defendant-appellant shall be entitled to continue in possession of the suit premises up to 30th September, 2018 but not beyond that, subject to condition that he would hand over the vacant and peaceful possession of the tenanted premises to the respondent No.2 Asha Devi on or before 30th September, 2018. 5. Further, the appellant shall submit an undertaking on oath incorporating the aforesaid conditions before the Civil Judge (JD) and Judicial Magistrate (North), Ajmer within a period of four weeks from the date of this order. In case, the appellant fails to submit the undertaking as aforesaid within four weeks from today and/or commits breach of any of the conditions of this order, the respondent shall be entitled to execute the decree forthwith and obtain possession of the suit premises in accordance with law. 6. This order shall form part of the original order dated.
