ORDER : SHEEL NAGU, J. 1. The present petition seeks review of the order passed by this very bench in National Lok Adalat on 11/2/2017 in First Appeal No. 101/2014 whereby while passing the compromise decree direction was issued for refund of the court-fees deposited by the appellant. Learned counsel for the review-petitioner submitted that though the court-fees deposited before the appellate court has been refunded to him but the court-fees deposited before the trial court has not been refunded on account of absence of any direction in that regard in the order under review. 2. Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to the allowing of prayer made by the petitioner. 3. Since settlement of a civil dispute in Lok Adalat entails as a necessary consequence refund of court fees deposited at all stages through which the litigation passes, the order under review suffers from palpable error which is evident in the face of the record and therefore the same needs to be corrected. 4. The counsel for respondent Shri R.S. Dhakad has no objection to the grant of prayer made by the review petitioner. 5. Accordingly, the order dated 11/2/2017 under review stands corrected by substituting the last two lines i.e., "The court fee deposited by the appellant shall be refunded to him" with the following sentence: "The court fees deposited by the appellant in the trial court and first appellate stage shall be refunded to him." 6. Remaining part of the order shall remain intact. 7. This order shall be read in conjunction with the order dated 11/2/2017 in F.A. No. 101/2014. A copy of this order be preserved in the docket of F.A. No. 101/2014.
