ORDER : K.M THAKER, J. 1. Heard learned advocate for the applicant and Mr. Gautam, learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondent. 2. Rule returnable forthwith. Learned Assistant Government Pleader has waived service of rule and with consent present application is heard for final order today. 3. In this application, applicant has prayed, inter-alia, that, “5(A) Allow this civil application and permit the applicants to be joined as legal heirs and legal representatives of the deceased petitioner in the main petition, and/or (B) grant any other relief or pass any other order which the Honourable Court may consider as just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case. 4. The applicant has placed on record copy of death certificate of original petitioner (since deceased). 5. Mr. Gautam, learned Assistant Government Pleader has submitted that he has no objection if this application is allowed. 6. Therefore, the request in the application, application is allowed in terms of Para-5(A)&(B). 7. Appropriate amendment shall be carried out within one week. Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent.
