JUDGMENT : RAJENDRA MENON, J. Seeking exception to an order dated 29.09.2016 passed by the learned Writ Court in CWJC No. 14094 of 2011 this appeal has been filed under Clause 10 of the Letters Patent. 2. In the matter of grant of L.P.G. Dealership under the scheme in question petitioner’s claim has been rejected and thereafter matter was re-advertised and in the re-advertisement allotment has been made on 28.11.2011. The learned Writ Court considered all these aspects and found that in the application submitted the petitioner did not correctly disclose the particulars of the land. It was completely left blank by the petitioner and when re-advertisement was made, petitioner did not participate. 3. Taking note of all these facts the writ petition has been dismissed and in doing so, we are in our considered view, that the learned Writ Court has not committed any error warranting any consideration. 4. The appeal is accordingly dismissed.
