JUDGMENT : MAHESH GROVER, J. The petitioners want this Court to discharge the surety and contend that Section 444 Cr.P.C. would enable us to do so. We are of the opinion that this matter has to be raised before the Magistrate in the first instance. We do not find any material or order indicating that the petitioners have approached the Court in the first instance. Let him do so. Dismissed.
