ORDER : 1. On 26.04.2017, when the corpus Suman Saharan was produced before us and we ascertained the willingness of the corpus where she wants to go and as per the willingness of the corpus Suman, she was permitted to go with the petitioner Ramji Lal. Directions were also issued to Shri Dinesh Kumar Meena/C.O. Sriganganagar to provide adequate security to the corpus Suman as well as to the petitioner Ramjilal and to submit report before this Court. 2. Today, the corpus Suman as well as the petitioner Ramji Lal are present in the Court. It is stated by the corpus Suman that she may be permitted to go with her parents because the conduct of the petitioner is bad towards her. 3. In view of the fact that corpus Suman is major, therefore, she is permitted to go where she desires. However, the Investigating Officer Mr. Dinesh Kumar Meena, C.O. Sriganganagar, Rural is directed to provide adequate security to the corpus till she reaches at the place of her desire. 4. With above observation, the instant habeas corpus petition is hereby disposed of.
