JUDGMENT : Mahesh Grover, J. Since the relief has been granted to the parents of the deceased son as an interim measure, we do not deem it appropriate to interfere and leave it to the appellants to raise all pleas before the learned Single Judge. 2. Learned counsel states that amount be released subject to surety. 3. We are of the opinion that even this prayer ought to be raised before the learned Single Judge. 4. Apart from this, the appeal is also barred by a delay of 54 days which we do not intend to condone in the absence of any plausible explanation. 5. Dismissed.
