ORDER : AKIL KURESHI, J. 1. By detailed order dated 07.07.2017, I had occasion to consider rival contentions and in particular, the position of the respondent for appointment of an arbitrator. Having turned down all the objections, the parties were requested to present the declaration of Ms. Rekha M. Doshit, former Chief Justice of Patna High Court to act as Sole Arbitrator. Accordingly, learned counsel for the petitioner has produced such a declaration in terms of the order dated 07.07.2017 I therefore request Ms. Rekha M. Doshit to act as Sole Arbitrator to resolve the disputes between the parties. 2. Arbitration petition is disposed of. 3. At this stage, learned advocate for the respondent submitted that this order may be stayed since the respondent would challenge the appointment of arbitrator and the order dated 07.07.2017 The request is granted. This order shall stand stayed till 31.08.2017
