ORDER 1. We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the State of Madhya Pradesh. 2. Leave granted. 3. The accused appellant is a lady aged about 51 years who is the mother of the person who was driving the vehicle wherefrom the alleged contraband was recovered. The trial is yet to commence. The appellant is in custody since 14th March, 2015 i.e. for a period of about two and half years. Taking into account the totality of the facts of the case stated above we are inclined to release the appellant on bail. Accordingly, the appellant is ordered to be released on bail to the satisfaction of the learned trial Court in connection with Crime Case No.11/2015 registered at Police Station Crime Branch, Indore. 4. The learned trial Court is free to impose such condition(s) as may be considered appropriate. 5. Consequently, the order of the High Court is set aside and the present appeal is disposed of in the above terms.
