ORDER 1. This Review Petition has been filed against the order dated 30.10.2015 whereby the Special Leave Petition was dismissed. 2. Prayer for oral hearing is rejected. 3. Despite the fact that there is inordinate delay of 611 days in filing the review petition for which no satisfactory explanation has been furnished, we have gone through the review petition as well as the grounds in support thereof. In our opinion, no case for review of order dated 30.10.2015 is made out. The review petition is accordingly dismissed on the ground of delay as well as on merits.
