ORAL ORDER : ABHILASHA KUMARI, J. Rule. Mr. J.K. Shah, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, waives service of notice of Rule for the respondents. 2. This application dated 15.07.2017, has been preferred by the applicant, through Jail, with a prayer to enlarge him on temporary bail for a period of forty-five days in order to get himself treated for various illnesses suffered by him including those relating to his brain, heart, ear and nose. 3. The applicant is undergoing life imprisonment in connection with offences punishable under Sections 302 read with 34, 364A, 506(2) and 201 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. 4. We have perused the averments made in the application as well as the Jail remarks pertaining to the applicant, which indicate that his conduct in Jail is good. 5. However, we notice from the Jail remarks that the application for furlough submitted by the applicant is still pending. 6. The Competent Authority shall take an appropriate decision on the application for furlough made by the applicant. 7. The present application, therefore, stands dismissed. Rule is discharged.
