ORAL ORDER : M.R. SHAH, J. Draft amendment is allowed. 2. A very serious grievance is made with respect to the conditions of the road in the city of Ahmedabad. It is alleged that approximately 80 to 90 percent roads are so damaged that it is not possible for the citizens to drive their vehicles, either may be car, two wheeler and/or even bicycle and because of that there is danger to those who drive their vehicles. 3. Before any further directions are issued, we deem it proper to have the service of Shri Kamal Trivedi, learned Advocate General and learned Senior Advocate, who also appears on behalf of the Corporation with Shri Satyam Chhaya, learned advocate. Let a copy of the petition be given to Shri Satyam Chhaya, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the Corporation. We also request the learned Advocate General to assist in the matter so that further directions are issued in the larger public interest and there is some relief to the citizens of Ahmedabad. There shall be formal notice upon respondents nos. 1 to 3 at this stage. Shri Satyam Chhaya, learned advocate waives service of notice on behalf of respondents nos. 2 and 3 and Shri Dhawan Jayswal, learned Assistant Government Pleader waives service of notice on behalf of respondent no. 2.
