ORAL ORDER : M.R. SHAH, J. One of the grievance which is voiced in the present petition is non disposal of the Revision Application preferred by the petitioner, which according to the petitioner was preferred on 27th December 2014. There is some dispute whether, in fact, revision application dated 27th December 2014 was sent at the relevant time or not. However, in the facts and circumstances of the case and when R.P.AD acknowledgment is placed on the record, without further entering into the larger question, we dispose of the present petition by directing the revisional authority to decide and dispose of the said revision application in accordance with law and on merits, however, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the present order. 2. It appears that subsequently Revisional authority has received one more application dated 21st September 2015, and therefore, instead of deciding the earlier revision application dated 27th December 2014, the revisional authority shall decide and dispose of the subsequent revision application, which is produced alongwith Affidavit-in-reply. 3. With this, the present writ petition stands disposed of. 4. Direct service is permitted.
