body2017
ORDER : M. Govindaraj, J. These writ petitions have been filed for a limited prayer to direct the respondents to consider the petitioners' representation dated 04.03.2017 and consequently, grant community certificates to their children. 2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. We have also perused the materials placed on record. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are satisfied, if a direction is issued to the respondents to consider and dispose their representation within a time frame. 4. In this regard, learned counsel for the petitioners produced before us a copy of the order dated 17.11.2016 passed by this court in W.P.No.40321 of 2016, in a similar issue. It is claimed by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioner in WP.No.40321 of 2016, who is a relative to the petitioners has also obtained an order on the same lines. 5. Considering the limited prayer sought for in these writ petitions, this Court directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioners with regard to the issuance of community certificates to their children and pass orders, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6. With the above direction, these writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
