It is the case of the petitioner that the corpus was in a relationship with respondent No. 3 for the past two to three months. On 03.07.2017, respondent No. 3 has illegally abducted the corpus. Respondents Nos. 4 to 6, the two brothers and the mother of respondent No. 3, have allegedly approached the petitioner and threatened and pressurized her not to file a complaint against them. However, according to the petitioner, the said respondent threatened the petitioner not to disclose this fact. 3. It is further stated in the petition that the Janvajog entry made by the Police Inspector, Shaherkotda Police Station, on 05.07.2017, has been considerably watered down and does not reflect the genuine narration of the case as given by the petitioner. The petitioner has filed a further affidavit pursuant to the order dated 03.08.2017, passed by this Court, wherein certain allegations are made against Shri Arkhabhai Karshanbhai Solanki, Unarmed Head Constable, who according to the petitioner, has acted in a partisan manner. A perusal of the statement of the corpus dated 09.08.2017 indicates that she was not abducted by respondent No. 3. 9. Before us as well, the corpus has stated that she has got married to respondent No. 3 of her own free will. As both of them are now married, she wants to stay with respondent No. 3. She has stated that she was not illegally detained at any point of time by respondent No. 3 or the other private respondents. 10. We have also interacted with respondent No. 3, who has shown us certain photographs of the marriage ceremony performed between him and the corpus. He has stated that his parents have accepted the corpus and they would all treat her well. 11. Taking into consideration the desire of the corpus, who is an adult aged twenty years, to go with respondent No. 3 and as no element of abduction or illegal detention is found in the matter, nothing further remains for adjudication in the petition. 12.
