JUDGMENT Anant Bijay Singh, J. - Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Chandwa P.S. Case No. 04 of 2017, corresponding to G.R. No. 17 of 2017, registered under Sections 418, 419, 420 of the I.P.C., Section 27 (b)(ii) of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 and Sections 11 and 12 of the Clinical Registration and Regulation Act, 2010. 2. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. 3. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail. 4. Be that as it may, I am inclined to admit the petitioner on anticipatory bail with imposition of cost of Rs. 25,000/- upon the petitioner to be deposited before the President/Secretary, Jharkhand High Court Advocates'' Association, Ranchi within four weeks. On deposition of amount by the petitioner, the President/Secretary will issue receipt to him. The above named petitioner is directed to surrender in the Court below within two weeks from the date of receiving the receipts of deposition and in the event of his arrest or surrender, the Court below shall enlarge the above named petitioner on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Latehar, in connection with Chandwa P.S. Case No. 04 of 2017, corresponding to G.R. No. 17 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C., 1973 subject to further condition that one of the bailers shall be local resident of Latehar district and also on the condition that on the date of surrender, petitioner shall file the receipt of the aforesaid deposition in the court below. 5. Let a copy of order be communicated to the court below an also to the President/Secretary, Jharkhand High Court Advocates'' Association.
