ORDER : 1. Delay condoned. 2. Leave granted. 3. Heard Mr. Naveen R. Nath, learned counsel for the appellant and Mr. Tushar Mehta, learned Additional Solicitor General for the respondent Nos.2 and 3. 4. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and keeping in view the order dated 14th February, 2017, passed in Civil Appeal Nos.3346-3348 of 2005, we dispose of the present appeal in similar terms. To have clarity, we reproduce the relevant passage as under:- “We are of the view that the High Court was in error in rejecting the contention of the appellant that practice under the Architects Act, 1972, is not restricted only to the architects. It is not correct to say that any one can practice as an architect even if he is not registered under the Architects Act, 1972.” 5. The appeal is disposed of in above terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
