ORDER : R. SUBHASH REDDY, J. This petition is filed with the prayers which read as under: “12(A) Your Lordships be pleased to direct the Director General of Police to immediately ascertain as to in which area the horrible incident has occurred and thereafter be pleased to direct Registration of FIR by the concerned Police Inspector himself against the Mob in the interest of justice. (B) Pending hearing and final disposal of this PIL Your Lordships be pleased to Direct the Respondent No. 2 to provide full Protection to the Victim Boy and Girl in the interest of justice so that they may not be threatened or directly or indirectly subjected to inducement, or promise so that they made dissuade from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer with a view to protect any influential Personality involved in the Crime or to save any other Officer or Politician or Elected Member involved in the Crime. (C) Pending hearing and final disposal of this PIL Your Lordships be pleased to Direct that immediately Statement of Boy or Girl be recorded under Sec.164 of Cr.P.C in the interest of justice. (D) Pending hearing and final disposal of this PIL Your Lordships be pleased to direct that investigation be carried by High Rank Police Officer not below than Police Inspector in the interest of justice. (E) Your Lordships be pleased to grant any other and further relief/s as may be deemed fit and proper in the fact and circumstances of the case in the interest of justice.” 2. When the matter was listed on the earlier occasion, it was adjourned to enable the learned Assistant Government Pleader to obtain instructions. Today, it is reported that the incident alleged in the petition occurred in the Banswada district of Rajasthan state and with reference to the very same incident, FIR is already registered with Kalinjara police station being FIR No. 0107 of 2017 and the charge-sheet is already filed. 3. In that view of the matter, no direction is required to be issued in this petition. Accordingly, dismissed.
