ORDER : 1. In this habeas corpus petition, notices were issued on 30.05.2017. 2. Today, the learned counsel appearing for the corpus Guddi Devi @ Guidya Bishnoi submits that he will produce the corpus Guddi Devi @ Guidya Bishnoi within short time. 3. The corpus Guddi Devi @ Guidya Bishnoi produced before us. We have perused the entire record of this habeas corpus petition as well as the case diary. 4. Admittedly, the date of birth of corpus Guddi Devi @ Guidya Bishnoi is 24.08.1998, therefore, she is major. 5. We have ascertained whether she is in illegal detention or not. It is stated by her that she is not in illegal detention and further submitted that she is not desirous to go with the petitioner father. 6. In view of the fact that the corpus is major, therefore, the instant habeas corpus petition is hereby disposed of with observation that the corpus Guddi Devi @ Guidya Bishnoi is free to go as per her will. However, the Investigating Officer is directed to provide adequate security to the corpus Guddi Devi @ Guidya Bishnoi to reach at the place where she desires to go.
