JUDGMENT : ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN, J. 1. The present petition has been filed seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No.117 dated 29.10.2016 for offence punishable under Sections 406 and 420 IPC registered at Police Station Mahilpur, District Hoshiarpur. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has already joined investigation in terms of order dated 30.12.2016 and is ready to face the proceedings, in accordance with law. 3. Counsel for the State, on instructions from HC Baljinder Singh, concedes to this position that the petitioner has joined investigation. It is further submitted that custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required and police has prepared a cancellation report. Heard. 4. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, the petition is allowed and interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 30.12.2016 is made absolute subject to the following conditions:- (i) She shall make herself available for interrogation by a police officer as and when required; (ii) She shall not, directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him/her from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer; and (iii) She shall not leave India without the previous permission of the Court.
