ORDER : IA No. 2768 in IA No.22 in WP(C) No.4677/1985 1. Insofar as the prayers made in IA No. 2768 are concerned, Mr. A.D.N.Rao, learned amicus seeks a short adjournment of two weeks. 2. Prayer is allowed. 3. Post for consideration after two weeks, as prayed for. 4. Insofar as the affidavits which have been filed on behalf of New Delhi Municipal Council, North Delhi Municipal Corporation, South Delhi Municipal Corporation and East Delhi Municipal Corporation, inter alia, with reference to the payment of counsel fee, Mr. A.D.N.Rao, learned amicus seeks a short adjournment, so as to enable him to verify the factual position. 5. At the request of the learned amicus, and in the interest of justice, post for consideration after two weeks. IA Nos. 2778-2779/2016 in IA No.22 in WP(C) No.4677/1985 6. The application seeking permission to file application for extension of time is allowed. 7. The applicant – Ajay Kumar has approached this Court seeking an extension of time, so as to approach the concerned Tribunal, on account of the fact, that the concerned Tribunal was not approached within the stipulated 30 days' time, depicted in this Court's order dated 30.04.2013, or the extended time permitted vide order dated 31.10.2013. 8. Having given our thoughtful consideration to the issue in hand, we hereby extend the period to the applicant to approach the concerned Tribunal by two weeks from today, and the delay in approaching the Tribunal is condoned. The above-mentioned relief is being granted to the applicant, subject to payment of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand only) as costs. The above-mentioned costs shall be deposited by the applicant, with the Supreme Court Advocates-on-Record Welfare Trust, within two weeks from today. 9. The interlocutory applications are allowed, in the above terms. IA Nos. 2786-2787/2016 in IA No.22 in WP(C) No.4677/1985 10. The instant applications are completely bereft of all particulars. The same are accordingly dismissed with costs, quantified as Rs.50,000/-(Rupees fifty thousand only), to be deposited with the Supreme Court Advocates-on-Record Welfare Trust, within two weeks from today. Contempt Petition(C) Nos. 53 & 54/2017 in IA No.22 in WP(C) No. 4677/1985 11. Issue notice to the alleged contemnors, namely, Dinesh Khosla and Kundan Lal Gugnani, returnable on 10.02.2017. 12. Both the alleged contemnors are directed to remain present in Court in person, on the next date of hearing. 13. Post for hearing on 10.02.2017.
