ORDER : 1. In pursuance to our order dated 6th September, 2017 as submitted by Mr.Kapil Sibal and Ms.Indira Jaisingh, learned senior counsel for the petitioners five States, namely, Uttar Pradesh, Karnataka, Jharkhand, Gujarat and Rajasthan have filed compliance affidavits. Mr.Shreyas Jain, learned counsel appearing for the State of Bihar submits that he shall file affidavit on behalf of State of Bihar during the course of the day. 2. All other States are permitted to file compliance report on or before 30th October, 2017. 3. Let the matter be listed on 31st October, 2017.
