JUDGMENT : 1. This matter was not on board. Leaned counsel for the petitioner moved a motion for taking this matter on the production board as the petitioners desired to withdraw this petition. Learned counsel submits on instruction from the petitioner that he has settled his dispute with the respondents and he desires to withdraw this petition. 2. Learned advocate further submits that the learned advocate for the contesting respondents Nos. 2 and 3 have informed and they have no objection. 3.
