In view of the details and after hearing learned Counsel appearing for the parties, the present speaking to minutes stands partly allowed to the extent that last sentence in Paragraph No. 9 beginning with “Impugned notice is hereby quashed and set aside subject to the observation made hereinabove” shall stand deleted. 3. Registry may issue fresh writ after carrying out necessary correction in the original order/writ.
